We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK.

If you feel your parcel should of arrived, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via email, and we’ll be happy to investigate its status for you.
RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! If you need to return an item, you have 28 days from the day you receive your order.
Return Guidelines:
To return an item, please ensure it is in perfect, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Refunds are processed within 10 days of your returned item arriving.
Faulty Items
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you discover a defective or damaged item, or if you received something incorrectly, please contact us immediately by email info@thedeadgoodshop.com providing pictures if neccessary.
Refunds
After your return has been processed, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
CAN ITEMS BE RETURNED TO STORE?
Please note that we do not offer refunds for items purchased online when exchanged in-store. However, you can exchange these items within 28 days.
To make an exchange, simply bring the item along with your receipt to our store.
When selecting a new item, ensure that it is priced at the same amount or higher, as we are unable to provide change for online purchases.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM BOUGHT INSTORE?
Our store will pleased to offer exchanges for any item with a valid receipt within 28 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in perfect, unworn, and resellable condition.
If you encounter a faulty item, please bring it along with your receipt to the store, and our staff will be more than happy to assist you.
